Community Ambassador Policy

1. Program Purpose

The Arizona Asians Community Ambassador Program is designed to encourage community participation and help local businesses, professionals, event organizers, and community groups connect with Arizona Asians.

This is a community support program. It is not a sales employment program, franchise program, agency relationship, or exclusive representative arrangement.

2. Ambassador Role

Community Ambassadors may introduce Arizona Asians to local businesses and organizations that may benefit from advertising, visibility, or community connection.

Ambassadors may also help event organizers understand where to submit event information.

3. Ambassador Codes

Each approved Community Ambassador receives a unique Ambassador code. This code may be shared with advertisers who wish to mention the Ambassador during the advertisement request process.

Ambassador codes are used only to identify the referring Community Ambassador. They do not provide discounts, special pricing, or negotiated advertisement rates.

4. Reward Eligibility

Ambassadors must declare whether they are eligible to receive referral rewards. Arizona Asians does not verify citizenship, visa status, green card status, tax status, employment status, or work authorization.

Ambassadors who declare that they are not eligible to receive payments may still participate as volunteer-only Community Ambassadors. Volunteer-only Ambassador codes may be used for attribution, but they are not eligible for monetary rewards.

5. Advertisement Pricing

Community Ambassadors do not set, negotiate, discount, or modify advertisement rates. Advertisement pricing is calculated automatically by the Arizona Asians system based on ad type, placement, duration, category, availability, and applicable rate rules.

6. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards, if applicable, are considered only for advertisement-related revenue. Rewards are not earned for community news, events, Indian Cinema content, general promotion, or other non-advertising activity.

A reward is not earned when an advertisement is merely submitted or under review. If an advertisement is rejected, cancelled, withdrawn, unpaid, or not published, no reward is earned.

If an Ambassador is reward-eligible, the reward may become eligible only after the referred advertisement is approved, paid as required, and goes live on Arizona Asians.

7. Reward Amounts and Payment

Advertisement pricing, reward amounts, payment schedules, and payment methods may be defined separately by Arizona Asians. Until those terms are finalized, reward amounts may remain pending or unset in the system.

8. Email Notifications

Arizona Asians may notify Ambassadors when a referred advertisement is submitted, approved, rejected, goes live, or becomes eligible for reward review. These notifications are informational and do not guarantee payment unless all program requirements are met.

9. Program Changes

Arizona Asians may modify, pause, or discontinue the Community Ambassador Program at any time. Arizona Asians may also reject, suspend, or remove an Ambassador account for misuse, inaccurate information, spam, inappropriate conduct, or violation of site policies.

10. Acceptance

By applying as a Community Ambassador, the applicant confirms that they have read and accepted this Community Ambassador Policy, along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable advertising policies.
