Arizona Asians
Editorial Standards & Content Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Our Mission
Arizona Asians is an independent digital publication dedicated to serving Arizona's diverse Asian communities through accurate, timely, and community-focused journalism. We aim to inform, educate, and connect our readers by covering local news, immigration, business, real estate, education, technology, entertainment, community events, and public-interest topics.
2. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently of advertisers, sponsors, community organizations, government agencies, political groups, and contributors.
Advertising relationships never determine whether a story is covered, how it is written, or how prominently it is displayed.
3. Accuracy and Verification
We strive to publish information that is accurate, balanced, and based on reliable sources.
Whenever practical, important factual information is verified using official government publications, trusted organizations, direct statements, reputable news agencies, or multiple independent sources.
4. Sources and Attribution
Arizona Asians respects intellectual property and properly attributes information obtained from government agencies, organizations, media partners, press releases, and other publicly available sources.
Where required, we include source acknowledgements, republication notices, licensing statements, or editorial comments consistent with applicable permissions and publishing agreements.
5. AI-Assisted Editorial Workflow
Arizona Asians may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with drafting, summarizing, formatting, grammar improvement, headline suggestions, metadata, translations, and editorial workflows.
AI-generated content is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human editor before publication. AI is used as an editorial assistance tool—not as an independent news publisher.
6. Corrections and Updates
If a factual error is identified after publication, we will review the information and make appropriate corrections or clarifications as reasonably practical.
Significant corrections may include an editorial note explaining the update.
7. Community Contributions
We welcome submissions from community members, organizations, businesses, educational institutions, and event organizers.
Submitted content may be edited for clarity, formatting, style, grammar, length, and consistency with our editorial standards before publication.
8. Sponsored Content and Advertising
Advertising, sponsored content, promotional material, and editorial content are treated as separate content categories.
Paid advertising does not constitute editorial endorsement by Arizona Asians or First Meeting LLC.
9. Opinions
Opinion articles, editorials, guest columns, and commentary represent the views of their respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Arizona Asians or First Meeting LLC.
10. Content Updates
News stories may be updated as additional information becomes available. Publication dates may remain unchanged while the article reflects the latest verified information.
11. Contact Us
If you believe an article contains an error, requires clarification, or would like to provide additional verified information, please contact our editorial team.
