Arizona Asians is a publication of First Meeting LLC, a California registered company.
These Advertising Terms govern all advertisements submitted for publication on Arizona Asians, a digital publication operated by First Meeting LLC. They apply to banner advertisements, sponsored placements, category advertisements, article advertisements, promotional campaigns, and future advertising products offered by Arizona Asians.
By submitting an advertisement, you agree to these Advertising Terms, together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
All advertisements are subject to editorial and administrative review. Arizona Asians may approve, reject, request modifications, suspend, pause, or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion.
Approval of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement of the advertiser, its products, services, or claims.
The advertiser represents and warrants that:
Advertisers remain solely responsible for all statements, products, services, pricing, offers, promotions, and claims contained within their advertisements.
Arizona Asians may reject advertisements that include or promote:
Publication dates depend upon advertisement approval, placement availability, completion of required materials, and payment confirmation where applicable.
Requested publication dates represent preferences only and cannot be guaranteed.
Standard advertising packages are sold in weekly increments.
Placement depends upon availability, selected category, campaign duration, editorial relevance, operational requirements, and other scheduling considerations.
Arizona Asians may substitute an equivalent placement when reasonably necessary.
Advertisers are responsible for providing:
Arizona Asians may resize, compress, or optimize submitted images to improve website performance without materially altering the advertisement.
Advertisement pricing is determined by the Arizona Asians advertising platform and may vary based on placement, duration, campaign type, availability, promotional offers, and demand.
Advertisements requiring payment may not be published until payment has been successfully received.
Cancellation requests received before publication may qualify for a refund at Arizona Asians' discretion.
Once an advertisement has begun running, refunds are generally not available except where Arizona Asians is unable to provide the agreed advertising service.
If an advertisement is referred by a Community Ambassador, the Ambassador Code must be supplied during the advertisement submission process.
Referral rewards, where applicable, become eligible only after the advertisement:
Rejected, cancelled, withdrawn, expired, or unpaid advertisements do not qualify for referral rewards.
Arizona Asians does not guarantee any minimum number of impressions, clicks, enquiries, leads, conversions, sales, search engine rankings, or other business outcomes.
Campaign performance depends on many factors beyond Arizona Asians' control.
Arizona Asians may use internal reporting tools and third-party analytics services to measure advertisement performance.
Reported statistics are intended for operational purposes and may vary because of browser privacy settings, ad blockers, bots, technical limitations, or other external factors.
Arizona Asians may suspend or remove advertisements that violate these Terms, applicable laws, site policies, or present security, operational, or reputational concerns.
Advertisers retain ownership of their submitted advertising materials. By submitting an advertisement, the advertiser grants Arizona Asians a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, resize, optimize, cache, and distribute the advertisement solely for operating and promoting the advertising campaign.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Asians and First Meeting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from any advertising campaign.
If liability is nevertheless imposed, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific advertisement giving rise to the claim.
The advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arizona Asians, First Meeting LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from advertisement content, products, services, intellectual property disputes, misleading claims, or violations of applicable law.
Arizona Asians may update these Advertising Terms from time to time. Advertisements already accepted will continue under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance unless otherwise required by law.
