Arizona Asians is a digital publication and community platform operated by First Meeting LLC, a California registered company. Throughout these Terms, “Arizona Asians,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Arizona Asians and/or First Meeting LLC, as applicable.

5. Review, Rejection, Removal, and Suspension

6. Advertisements and Classifieds Disclaimer

All advertisements and classifieds are provided by third parties. Arizona Asians does not independently verify the identity, qualifications, legitimacy, safety, quality, pricing, availability, legality, accuracy, or truthfulness of any advertiser, seller, buyer, service provider, or listing.

Any user who responds to an advertisement or classified must use their own judgment, perform their own due diligence, independently verify all statements and claims, and take whatever precautions they believe are necessary.

Paid advertising is also subject to our Advertising Terms. Classified listings are subject to our Classifieds Policy.

7. No Responsibility for Transactions or Interactions

Arizona Asians is not a party to any transaction, communication, dispute, agreement, meeting, exchange, delivery, payment, refund, service engagement, or other interaction between users and third parties.

We are not responsible for losses, damages, injury, fraud, misrepresentation, non-performance, defective goods or services, non-delivery, unsafe conduct, or any other harm arising out of or related to your response to, or reliance on, any advertisement, classified, event, or user-submitted content.

8. Assumption of Risk

You use this website and engage with any advertisements, classifieds, events, or third parties entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any decision you make based on content published on this site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Asians and First Meeting LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, including loss of money, profits, data, business, goodwill, opportunity, personal injury, or property damage, arising from or relating to your use of the website or your reliance on or response to any advertisement, classified, event, or user-submitted content.

If liability is nevertheless imposed, the maximum aggregate liability of Arizona Asians and First Meeting LLC shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you directly to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
